Where are the speakers placed and how is the sound? null

The speakers are on the bottom of the laptop and are good enough not so good on the bed or other soft surfice in laptop mode. In flip mode the speakers are facing you so the sound is much better. Hope this helps

The speakers are located on the underside of the unit at the left/right edges about 1-1/2 to 2 inches from the front corners. They sound pretty good...I think about as good as you could expect from any similar configuration.

Speakers 2 on each side on the under side of the laptop. Sound is acceptable. However external portable speakers I think are always better.

Located along back edge, sound is good, wouldn't say BEST but is good, does pair with Bluetooth speakers easy though for louder needs.

There are excellent inexpensive Bluetooth speakers that are far superior to any laptop speaker. This is an awesome laptop! Get the dual drive model with the SSD. You'll not be sorry.
