QuestionI only see a handle for the fridge section, not the freezer. How do you open the freezer?

- Answer Hi Avnish, This fridge doesn't have a handle. However, there is a space underneath the freezer door where you can hold it to open it. - Answer Hello Craig, Yes. However, it will be a tight fit, as the fridge height is 66 3/4 inches (back part of the fridge) without hinges and doors. And 67 3/4 (front part of the fridge) inches with hinges, handles, and doors. Have a great day. -John

QuestionIs the slide and reach pantry removable? We removed the shelf portion but how do you remove the flip cover of the pantry which is attached to the sides of the refrigerator wall.

QuestionRefrigerator door doesn't close firmly. We press the door gently to ensure closure. Rubber seal compresses & door closes well. Then the rubber seal adjusts pushing the door slightly away from the body for tiny air leak. 3.5 years old. Is fix Geek covered?

- Answer Hi Delbird0623, Let me get the information on the width of the doors when they open at 90 degrees. The refrigerator door width (32 7/8") remains the same whether the doors are open or not. There is also no measurement of the width with the doors open 90 degrees. The depth measurement will change when the doors open at 90 degrees, 59 7/8" from 31 7/8". QuestionDo you know why the refrigerator light would be leaking water? And how I can address this? I can't seem to pop the light cover off. But even if I do, I don't know why it's leaking. Everything in the freezer is solid. Thanks!

Regarding your concern, you can use the freezer as a freezer only, set the entire refrigerator including the freezer to Fridge mode, or turn off the freezer.
