“How do I turn on ice maker? I have tried turning it on by holding cubed ice for 3 seconds. But icon still comes on. Also tried reset button inside ice machine...help ... I have Samsung showcase side by side refrigerator thanks”

Try pressing & holding energy saving or the lock button for 3 sec..
