• I am including a link to the user manual (https://bit.ly/2ST7kj0). The water filter information is on page 22 of the user manual. The water filter is located in the refrigerator section at the bottom. Thank you for choosing Samsung for your home! ^Lena

• Call Samsung they are very customer service orientated also should be able to download user manual on their website
