Followed your link above. The instructions are different from what show on my iPhone app screen. There's no 'Add device manually' option. These instructions are likely for the Android app.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I did get mine connected. But I also had struggles with the app and connection, it was very frustrating. It was a month ago, so sorry i don't remember the exact thing i did to make it work, but my foggy recollection was something like i had to force close the app and reopen it at some point in the process. I kept getting hung up after connecting the fridge to my phone successfully via wifi, but then wasn't able to detect the fridge on the app after that. So i think it was at that point were i closed and relaunched the app then the fridge device was detected.
