• A:Answer I've had mine for two days. It has not made ice. Ever. And now the interior is frosted over. The door seems to be sealed. I don't have vents blocked...not too much food jammed in the freezer. I called Best Buy and they are sending me a replacement since it has not worked properly since it was installed. No questions asked. The customer service has been great thus far hope the new one works as I really like the size and look. I'be been seeing chatter online about the frost isssue. Oh boy! Hopefully it will be ok. I read the most common reason for freezer to frost is ice dispenser flap not closing. How do you reset the ice maker?

Q: QuestionIs it possible to purchase a wine rack for the refrigerator?Under the top shelf is a groove for another shelf. Is it possible to purchase a wine rack, like the one that is in Model RS22HDHPNSR, and put it where this groove is?

• A:Answer Thanks for the question. The wine rack that comes with model RS22HDHPNSR isn't designed to fit the RH22H9010SR. The groove you're referring to is intended to enable the shelves in the RH22H9010SR to be adjusted, but at this time Samsung doesn't make an accessory wine rack to fit that particular model. Q: QuestionAnyone know if there’s an aftermarket icemaker or an updated replacement for this model? Bought in 2020, the icemaker’s never worked right, super slow, jams, unit is cracked and it decides for you re: crushed/cubed. Love the fridge hate the icemaker! tks

Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. The ice maker can make approximately two trays of ice every 3 hours.
