I see you are having concerns with your Samsung Refrigerator. There are several important factors that can cause this issue. Make sure that your unit is leveled properly. Our Samsung Refrigerators should slightly tilt back at a two degree angle. You will need to extend the leveling legs in the front of the unit all the way out and then level the unit side to side. A:AnswerBest Buy told me to answer this question for them but I think someone might be confused. The fridge I bought is pictured below and it’s a two door. Left side is freezer, right side is fridge. The four door ones, yes they have controllable zones that you can make either a fridge or a freezer. Check out Samsung’s website it may explain more. Hope that helps.

For this refrigerator we don't have any means to adjust the door, what we suggest is to use a refrigerator door protector (rubber) to avoid dents.
