“full-width drawer Is the the full-width drawer removable? I have only a 31 inch width opening...and a wall on the right side. So I'm worried the door will not open beyond 90 degrees on the right to allow this the full-width drawer to open. If I can remove the drawer and just use the space for bottle water etc that would be great too.”

The drawer is removable but you probably don't have to. Even without the door opened very far you can pull the drawers out far enough to be usable.
