Please make sure the unit is properly leveled, and the water supply is turned on all the way and connected properly. Dispense about 5-6 gallons of water to bleed air from the lines, then press the Test button on the icemaker to complete the initialization process. If the issue continues, service may be necessary to determine the cause and find a solution.
