Go back to where it was purchased and have them fix it or REPACE it. Do not delay and document each conversation and person you speak with! If it was purchased on a credit card, file a protest with the card company. Contact you local state consumer advocate office an the BBB.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too bought a French Door Samsung model, similar if not the same, at a large box store retailer. It has same noise and in addition, a loud cracking and loud popping sound. From research, my conclusion was it was the compressor. Samsung instructed me to also make sure it was level. I called the store back for them to come make sure it was level. Since then the buzzing has tapered off, but it would still randomly pop. At that point I should have had it returned for a new model, but my initial contact with Samsung I felt they just wanted to put me off. Now a month ago I looked in the back of the refrigerator and there is heavy buildup of ice. I only found it because for several days in a row, it sounded like a jet engine ready for take off. I had it repaired (or at least I thought) by having the ice buildup removed and the fan was replaced at the tune of $360. It built up again and repair/repeat. Now in only two weeks later, the ice buildip is back with the loud cracking and popping noise that I had in the beginning. Temperature in both areas is working fine, but the noise and ice makes me feel it is only a matter of time that it will just quit and I will lose all my food both fresh and frozen. By the way when I called the local repair business, he knew exactly what the issue was. That tells you it is a constant and repeat issue with the Samsung models. It is a pleasing looking refrigerator, but I wound not chose Samsung the next time.
