• The owners manual that comes with it has fairly clear instructions on how to set the temperatures and other settings. If a manual is missing, you can probably find one on-line. The recommended temperatures are -2 to +2 degrees F in the freezer and 34 degrees in the fridge.

• Hi Ruth, the ideal temperature setting for the refrigerator compartment is 38ºF (3ºC). The ideal temperature for the freezer compartment is -2°F (-19°C). ^Rosi
