The area where the refrigerator fan is located will ice up and when the blades begin to hit the ice the fan makes a screeching noise and will eventually quit cooling. This was a common problem for several models resulting in Internet complaint boards, videos of the manual de-icing process and filing of a class action law suit. We have to replace this refrigerator. My wife says No Samsung but we do like the features of this Flex door and the Flex drawer. So - has the fan icing problem been fixed ?”
