QuestionI bought this fridge 6 months ago and pretty much the whole time we have owned it the flex drawer fridge will fill up with water. Enough will accumulate that I have to soak it up and wipe it down a few times a week. Any idea what is wrong?

QuestionSince it is a counter depth does it require minimum top, side, back and bottom clearance for air circulation?

- Answer Yes, I believe the instructions says half an inch clearance behind the back, and at least one of the sides. Our fridge fit perfectly even with the clearance. The Geek Squad did the installation, and it took them about fifteen minutes to have it in place and up and running. I will almost always pay the extra cost to have them install large appliances.

- Answer Hi there, Mk1234! This refrigerator does come with a water filter that filters all the water coming into the unit. This filter will need to be replaced approximately every 6 months, depending on usage. ^Jecca

QuestionI have a samsung ss french door fridge. it's a piece of crap. the defrost mechanism crapped out 2.5 years. Essentially there is a build up of ice behind the back panel where the fan is. Does anyone else have this problem? scared to go with samsung again

- Answer I hosted 10 people for dinner and we ran out of ice after every glass was half-filled with ice. 4 hours later, there was still not even one cube of ice to be found. The ice maker is very slow and quite a disappointment given the price.

- Answer Yes they are soft close. However I have found that the top drawer of the freezer that slides back and forth inside the freezer is sometimes a little temperamental. Well worth it though.
