I'm happy to help with this, Mahin! I have this link (https://bit.ly/3AZFFS4) to the user manual for this model. Page 38 has a diagram of the control panel for this model. You can adjust the temperatures by tapping either the "Fridge" or "Freezer" button until the desired temperature is displayed. ^Jecca
