- Answer Almost no fridge will actually keep lettuce fresh just stored in the bin. Invest in green bags. Combined with the quality of the bin and the bag protection, lettuce will last a week or more.

- Answer Chris thank you for your question. The doors and drawers are removable, and if you have Best Buy deliver the refrigerator they should be able to remove the necessary parts to get the refrigerator through your doorway and place it in the correct spot in your kitchen. -Mimi

- Answer If your issue is a water line, or lack thereof the ice maker can be turned off/on my suggestion is turn off the ice maker and maybe in the future you can get a water line hooked up and then just turn it on. that,s what I did and I had no problems

QuestionWhat is the height of this model including hinges?I have exactly 70 1/8" max. height. Will this model fit in? I saw a review that indicated this model may vary in dimensions.

- Answer The height does include the hinges. Whether or not it will fit, according to the numbers it should. But with tight fits like that, if the floor or cabinets are off, not level or square it could create a fit problem. Ask me how I know this, as I wait for a custom cabinet company to fix our problem. Hope this helps.

QuestionWe just purchased this refrigerator and it is not producing very much ice. I see it ways it can produce up to 10lbs per day. This is not standing true for us. Is there some setting I am missing to enhance the ice production?

- Answer NO. We have the same problem. Samsung support terrible. Very nice people, but no solution and will not stand behind the product. Made to last one year and then fall apart.

QuestionBOTTOM freezer door flex handle fell off. ( screw loosened)Not broken, screw came loose and the left end of flex freezer handle has detached ...how do I re attach? Snap on by pushing? or slides on?

- Answer I'm sorry to hear your Freezer handle has come off. You should be able to put it back on over the screws that are still in the drawer, then slide it over as far as it will go, then tighten the screw using a hex wrench. QuestionCan the smart divider in the flex drawer be locked into a position? I see how it is adjustable, but would like to have it stay in a certain position once I have it loaded.
