- Answer Thanks so much for asking, Stever! While the refrigerator does have adjustable legs to help with the leveling of the refrigerator, these will not make a significant difference in the height of the refrigerator. ^Jecca

- Answer We didn't change our filter but we had a flashing light that indicated the ice and water we're locked! We pushed the lock sign with our index finger for 3 seconds to unlock it and to make the flashing light go off.

- Answer No, you manually pull ice from upper and put in a container and place in the lower level of the freezer. There is no ice bucket.

- Answer Thanks so much for asking! Yes, the refrigerator does come with a water filter (model HAF-QIN). However, this filter will need to be replaced approximately every 6 months, depending on usage. I'd also like to provide this link (https://bit.ly/3tyKJJe) to the user manual for this model. Beginning on page 20 you can find detailed installation instructions with everything you'll need prior to installation listed. ^Jecca

- Answer Yes and yes, Enamorada! This model features a door alarm that can be turned on/off using a button on the control panel. It also uses the internal lights (in both the refrigerator and freezer) to alert users if the door is left open too long. ^Jecca

- Answer Hi manor130! If the water from the dispenser is not cold, the cold water in the refrigerator's reservoir has been used up. The reservoir holds about a quart of water, or approximately 2 - 4 glasses. So if the water is warm, it will take time to cool again. If the water from the dispenser is still not getting cold, I recommend using the information in this link (https://bit.ly/3lUISu1) to check if the refrigerator is cooling properly. ^Jecca

- Answer Great question, Joan! The refrigerator has an internal water reservoir that it dispenses from. The reservoir holds about a quart of water, or approximately 2 - 4 glasses. This means that water from the dispenser will be cold unless the reservoir is completely depleted. Also, during the summer months, water enters the fridge at a higher temperature. This means, the time it takes the water to cool down will be slightly longer. ^Jecca

- Answer No. Those are the exact dimensions of the unit I just measured. The slightest variance in the measurements of the opening you have, and it won't fit. Too much of a risk to take delivery and have a major problem. Not only that, the unit needs a way to let heat escape from the cooler. Squeezing it in like that will cause problems.

- Answer Temp is a safety issue. 37 is the recommended temp for the refrigerators to prevent bacteria and mold. Anything above 41 is unsafe and food will spoil quickly.

- Answer It appears your question is about the height. On this unit, the hinge covers are the same height as the top of the door, i.e. 70 inches. The hinge covers go back perhaps a foot. Unlikely to fit under your cabinet if it 69 inches up. (My cabinet has 67-inch clearance. I've removed cabinet section above fridge, and will modify it when this fridge is delivered.)
