QuestionI have an alcove that is 38” wide. What is the width outside to outside of the doors when they are both open at a 95 degree angle? I’d like the fridge to be as flush as possible in the alcove and not stick out 5” into the kitchen walkway. TIA

- Answer Hi Kate, We have a measurement when the door is open 165 degrees which is 14" and 170 degrees which is 22 1/4". Please see the "Installation" section on page 18 of the user's manual for reference. QuestionDoes the water filter setup require a Samsung filter that has a RFID chip in it like some manufacturers do? And is there a block off plate that can be used if I chose not to use a filter?

- Answer Hi Mike, Security and quality of Samsung products are always a top priority with us here at Samsung. Let me get and answer your question about an RFID with the Samsung water filter. At this point, Samsung water filters do not have RFID chips installed in them; however, please use our Authentication Tag that comes with the filter to make sure your filter is a genuine Samsung filter. Most Samsung water and ice dispensers will work without an AquaPure water filter installed. The water filter housings are designed as rotary valves that allow the water to bypass the water filter whenever there is no filter or the filter is not in the locked position. Leo

- Answer Yes but they are not height adjustable. There are adjustable pads/height levellers up front but not in back. In my case, the floor is lower in back so I had to put thin boards beneath the rear wheels and use to front levellers to get it right.

- Answer It'll run just fine on 15 amps. But while I have your attention, please consider buying this product from another retailer. Best Buy's delivery service is horrible. Delivery "windows" are meaningless, they won't communicate, and if you're like me, they will wait until 9pm the day you were supposed to get your product to tell you that the delivery needs to be rescheduled. I'm sure this is a good refrigerator, but don't buy it from Best Buy.
