I have this refrigerator but do not remember any claim about doors closing automatically. you might want to adjust your refrigerator levelers so it leans back just slightly. This will help but not solve the problem. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have to close them firmly especially when there are heavy items stored in doors. I don't think they are designed to close automatically.
