QuestionI am seeking 2 measurements. 1. From the top shelf to the ceiling of fridge...what height things can fit on top shelf? 2. Depth of shelves front to back... could it fit a case of water or a 12pack of soda front to back. Is top shelf adjustable?

- Answer The top shelf to the inside ceiling of the fridge is ~6.5 inches. The depth of the shelfs are ~13.5 inches. The right hand bottom shelf can be minimized to have a depth of ~6.75 inches, easily being able to fit two gallons of milk by minimizing. The top shelf is not adjustable it’s one whole piece while the bottom self is to different pieces.

QuestionHow much ice does this model make in 24 hours and how much does it hold?

- Answer Thanks so much for asking! Although the ice maker is capable of making 10 pounds of ice a day, it's only capable of holding 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. ^Jecca

QuestionUnfortunately, I have a wall to the left of the fridge. How far would you need to open the door to be able to pull out the ice tray and center and bottom freezer drawers? I have about 6 inches of clearance on the side. Is that enough?

- Answer You will need at least 12” tb comfortable getting the ice out. I also had a set up at my kitchen in which i had a left wall or sheetrock, i took that piece out and now i have the fridge all clear on the left.

QuestionHow is this different from the Bespoke model? Is this black different from matte black?

- Answer Thanks so much for asking, juju! The BESPOKE model refrigerators have removable panels that are available in a variety of colors. This allows users to customize the outside appearance of their refrigerator. However, this model does not have removable panels. The matte black is slightly different than the black stainless steel, as the black stainless steel is shinier than the matte black. ^Jecca

QuestionDoes either of the lower freezer sections have enough room to store a frozen pizza?

- Answer Aboslutely, the right side has plenty of room to store a frozen pizza. The freezer is very well laid out. It has sliding shelves and drawers. The shelves are plenty wide for a pizza.

QuestionDoes this refrigerator have a meat/cheese drawer? I purchased it and assembled all the components. Surprised there doesn’t seem to be a drawer for meat and cheese.

- Answer I purchased 7 different refrigerator storage bins/pull out drawers bins and settled on these stackable bins to separate my deli meats and cheeses. I also used some in the freezer to organize my different proteins. I think this will solve the problem of not having a deli drawer.

QuestionWould this refrigerator fit in a 37" width space? How much room do you have to leave on each side?

- Answer Our space is exactly 36 inches wide and the counter depth fit there tightly so if you have 37 inch width you should have at least 1/4-1/2 inch on each side. Just be sure to measure your space in several areas. Ours was 36 inches near top but just under near bottom. We had to sand our cabinetry at bottom area to get the fridge to fit. Nothing to do with the fridge just cabinetry settling over time or humidity...not really sure the cause of it.

QuestionCan you make both ice trays to make the bigger cube ice instead of one being crushed ice?

- Answer no one side are big ice cubes, the other are small cubes. Neither are crushed. If youre in doubt this fridge produces plenty of both cubes.

QuestionJust received and had installed my fridge. The doors are not even. The right side doors are higher than the left and the installer told me that is normal and that the doors will "settle" and be even with time. Is this true?

QuestionI just purchased this model. The doors don't close automatically but I would like them to, in order to avoid fingerprints on the doors, since the doors don't have handles. Are they supposed to close automatically or do I have to manually close?

- Answer I have this refrigerator but do not remember any claim about doors closing automatically. you might want to adjust your refrigerator levelers so it leans back just slightly. This will help but not solve the problem. Good luck

- Answer This is not the one with the bad ice maker. That one has the ice maker in the refrigerator pot. This one has the ice maker in the freezer where it should be

- Answer It's a very nice fridge! However, if one if the doors will only open 90 deg it would be a little inconvenient to use that side. The bottom freeze door will not pull out all the way in that situation.
