A:AnswerWe appreciate you asking, kayjayklec! Currently only the BESPOKE model refrigerators are designed to have replaceable panels. However, we are only able to confirm compatibility with the BESPOKE panels found here: https://bit.ly/3rC8Zua. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking! To help with this, I'm providing two sets of dimensions. The first is the full dimensions of the refrigerator: 35 7/8" (L) x 71 7/8" (H) x 28 1/2" (D). The other dimensions I have are for the refrigerator with the doors and hinges removed: 35 7/8" (L) x 70 3/4" (H) x 24" (D). ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi there, Terra! To help with this, I'm providing this link (https://bit.ly/2Xr10Ff) to the user manual for this model. Page 22 has detailed diagrams showing the minimum spacing requirements for this refrigerator. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, eck099! Using the filters on our website, I was able to locate all of our similar size, 4-Door Flex models. While many of them do feature a water and ice dispenser in the door, some do not. This link (https://bit.ly/3DyHQg1) will take you to the final search results I was able to find. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi there MarkInWdst! Thanks so much for asking. Currently Samsung refrigerators offer a variety of water dispensing options. Many models have an external water dispenser, while some have an internal dispenser. This model offers the "Auto Fill Pitcher" that sits inside the refrigerator. However, all of the options we currently have available are designed for use with a water line, and do not have a way to manually fill the reservoirs. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, Nan! For this model, there is actually an indentation between the upper and lower doors. This recessed area creates the door handles, but blends in with the front, creating a clean sleek look. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks for asking, Lee! In order to use the ice maker and AutoFill water pitcher, you will need to connect a water line to the refrigerator. However, if you do not connect a water line, the rest of the refrigerator features will function as normal. Just be sure to turn off the ice maker in this case to prevent internal damage. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Rebecca,
We appreciate your question about the water filter and if your RO system is compatible with the refrigerator.
Most Samsung water and ice dispensers will work without an AquaPure water filter installed. The water filter housings are designed as rotary valves that allow the water to bypass the water filter whenever there is no filter or the filter is not in the locked position.
Reverse Osmosis Water Supply
IMPORTANT:
The pressure of the water supply coming out of a reverse osmosis system going to the water inlet valve of the refrigerator needs to be between 35 and 120 psi. (241 and 827 kPa).
If a reverse osmosis water filtration system is connected to your cold water supply, the water pressure to the reverse osmosis system needs to be a minimum of 40 to 60 psi. (276 to 414 kPa).
If the water pressure in the reverse osmosis system is less than 40 to 60 psi (276 to 414 kPa):
• Check if the sediment filter in the reverse osmosis system is blocked. Replace the filter if necessary.
• Allow the storage tank on the reverse osmosis system to refill after heavy usage.
• If your refrigerator has a water filter, it may further reduce the water pressure when used in conjunction with a reverse osmosis system. Remove the water filter.
If you have questions about your water pressure, call a licensed, qualified plumber.
