QuestionHello I bought my refrigerator like 3 months ago. I’m having issues with the ice maker. what can I do so it can make ice, it makes some but it takes forever to.

- Answer We also had that problem & freezer stopped working. I saw a you tube video that told us to unplug refrigerator for 30 seconds then plug in and watch the system reset. Don’t open the freezer and set it on quick freeze too. It worked!

QuestionHas anyone had the ice maker stop, then tiny dents appear on the freezer door above the ice dispenser? I'm going to try turning the freezer up 1 degree to 1 F to see if it helps create ice, the dents come out and the food stays in great condition.

- Answer No, it is a traditional fridge door. I think the description is referring to a see-through (as opposed to white opaque) container that holds the ice on the freezer side door.

QuestionIs there any way to keep the fridge fan from freezing up? Ours works fine for about 3 months and then we have to empty the fridge and spend about 24 hours defrosting the fan. Not convenient. Is there a fix?

- Answer Hi, If you press and hold the Lighting button for 3 seconds, all buttons will be locked and the dispenser pad will not work. Pressing the Lighting button for 3 seconds will also unlock it and allow access to the dispenser and control panel. ^Rosi
