A:AnswerI would check to make sure your ice tray is properly seated in the freezing compartment. If it's not higher temperatures will cause ice to melt, plus new water coming into the chamber could leak out. This is just a guess on my part but that is where I would start checking.

A:AnswerI've touched mine a lot and haven't noticed hand prints or anything. That said my husband is a messy cook so when he has oil or flour on his hands from cooking you will notice it in the right light. But it is very easy to wipe down. I hope that helps.
