• Should be cold by the use of a reservoir made of coiled plastic tubing.

• The water dispenser in the RF263BEAESP and other Samsung refrigerators is designed to dispense water that is chilled while stored in the internal water reservoir. The tank holds 2 liters of water, so the temperature of the dispensed water can vary if it's used more quickly than it can chill in the tank. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung
