Q: Why am i being told that removing the doors to get the unit into the house voids the warranty?
A: we followed the directions your 800# rep gave us, still have the error. Samsung will not come look at the brand new machine. 3 representatives from your company repeatedly told me that we voided the warranty when we removed the doors. Unit is being picked up and we are getting our money back. We will not purchase samsung products again.
Q: Cubed ice has Crushed ice in it.
A: Ours is the same way. I am not impressed at all with their ice maker...
Q: What are the differences between this model and model RF263TEAESR featured at Lowe's?
A: The RF263BEAESR has a single icemaker in the refrigerator compartment that supplies ice through the dispenser in the door; the RF263TEAESR is a Dual Ice model with a second icemaker in the freezer. Q: How far do the doors have to open to be able to pull out the deli drawer?

Q: Can you remove the handles from the doors?

The dimensions, which are also listed under the specifications tab, are 35-3/4" wide by 68-5/8" high without the hinges (70" with them) by 33-1/4" deep with the doors but without handles. Q: Middle strip between the two doors does not operate properly.
A: Look to see that the plastic at the top of the middle seal isnt broken, there should be a nub stickin up that runs through the track at the top of door!!!
