• You must turn the black round handle next to the roller ,its hard to turn at first, but after that you can raise or lower your fridge.

• Samsung refrigerators are designed to lean back slightly to help the doors close more easily but the interior of the unit should be level. You can check that by placing a level inside of the refrigerator. If the refrigerator is resting on the front wheels, it cannot be lowered any further. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
