• Hit there, The answer to your question is located in the user manual on page 17 and titled "Cooling Off Mode". See link below: (https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201904/20190418151648884/DA68-02601A-16_181008.pdf) To cancel Cooling Off mode, touch and hold the Energy Saver and the Freezer buttons again for 5 seconds.
