A:AnswerI got screwed by Best Buy when I purchased the Samsung refridgerator . I ASKED YOUR SALES PERSON if there was any problems with the Samsung refridgeraters and he said there wasnt. After taking a gift card for the damage to it done by your delivery people I find out tha t this unit has big problems with their ice maker . If your sales person would have been honest with me I would never have purchased this unit . I already sent you this info Aug. 8th and haven't got a response from best buy.
A:AnswerI just spoke with Samsung Appliance Support and this model DOES have a drip tray available. It is an additional cost because Samsung does not consider the part a necessary part. To order the part, call Samsung Parts Support at 1-800-627-4368 with your Model and Serial number and I am told they will take your order and send the part.
A:AnswerThere is a latch on the underside of the ice maker in the main refrigerator. Push up on that latch while lifting upward on the whole unit (using both hands) and pull it outward. It really works pretty easily once you get the hang of it.
