(RH25H5611BC) Hello there PJ! The refrigerator has a one liter water reservoir to house cooled water for dispensing. It does take time to cool the water down again if this reservoir has been depleted. During the summer months, water enters the fridge at a higher temperature which will increase the time it takes to cool the water in the reservoir down. Hope this informaiton helps! ^Cole
