“Having a issue with my bottom dishes not getting clean. The bottom bar can be pulled right off & has no connections it seems. Does the bar shoot water or does the water spouts on the back shoot water & then bounce off the bar? How is bottom rack cleaned?”

• I bought min Dec 2019. The bar has popped off several times and now does not go back and forth regularly. If you have a warranty, use it!!
