• It has the a/v connections as well A HDMI. So, yes you probably can.

• Yes the TV has inputs for this depending on what output connectors your VCR has and what connector you want to use... for example I am not sure off hand if it has S connector connections

• This TV has a spot for regular RCA (yellow, red, white) inputs on the back of it, so as long as your old VCR has those cables, you should be good to go! If not, you may have to hunt for an adapter.
