Waterproof TV are very expensive. I would like to see you get a TV that fits in your kitchen; take it to the porch occasionally. The humidity will shorten a TVs live but don't worry, be happy. This is a good little TV but has no headphone jack for the needed aftermarket computer speakers.

Please try again later.I would look at something cheap if you are going to set it outside in Florida our humidity is high so not good to leave electronics outside year round. I would get a 42 or larger for the porch area depending on if you want to see it from your pool if you have one....Good luck
