• No, this is NOT a smart tv. though Samsung offers a "big brother" to this set (same physical size and similar features), but equipt with SMART tv technology for only a few bucks more than this model.

• It is not a smart TV. There is no network connectivity or apps. For $30 more you can get the same TV with hard wire and WiFi connectivity AND all the basic smart TV apps you would expect. Look for model UN24H4500AFXZA.

• This is absolutely not a Smart TV. I'm returning mine for that reason. If you want to use apps look for a different TV!
