Can I power up the tv with a 12 volt input for a RV null

No . . will not work on 12V . .. only 120VAC

The TV requires the 110 volts, but you can use a power inverter like those used in cars to transform the 12V into Voltage needed to power TV. You can find these inverters at best buy or just about any car parts store
