Yes, however you need to download the Comcast app on the TV.

Otherwise you need to run a cable from your cable box to watch everything from your Cable company.

In the case of TWC you need to download the TWC APP on the TV , enter your account name and password. Its just like watching the TWC app on any other device like a tablet or phone.
