• It is not, however you can buy a Bluetooth transmitter/receiver from Amazon for about $20. Hook this up to the audio out port and you can Bluetooth to headphones. I would also recommend an inline volume control to place between the transmitter and the audio out jack as this port does not allow you to control the volume that comes thru it. My Bluetooth headphones have a volume control on it, however they would never turn down the volume coming out of the port (until I put the transmitter on it).

• Yes it can connect to your phone and you can stream videos from your phone to the tv.

• Picked up the router (home network) as soon as we set it up. No need for any extra hardware.
