The USA version comes with a 110v power cord, but the power requirement includes 220v, 50hz, so all that's needed is the local power cord. Something to worry about is the TV video in your market. TV is broadcast as PAL or NTSC. These are incompatible conventions, so a USA set will not work anywhere else, even if you overcome the power issues.
