“The Remote Control for this TV doesn't seem to have a "page down" button when viewing program information on the screen. Is there such a button - or is it missing? The screen prompts us to press "down" on the remote control. Any advice is welcome.”

I am unsure as to why or how you would need this option on the TV's OEM remote. The "Page Up" and "Page Down" options are typically found on your cable/satellite provider's remote, not the OEM TV remote. The only time I can think of that you would need this option, is if you are using an antenna and do not have cable/satellite TV programming. In this case, your channels would be very limited, and a "Page Up" and "Page Down" option would not really be needed for just a few channels.

Yes, you use the "channel" button and it will shift a page at a time
