• A:Answer Hello Gila, the USA is on a 110v 60hz power standard, where-as most other countries use a 240v 50hz standard. A converter would be needed to power the TV in a country using the 240v system. ^Britt

Q: QuestionI like this tv but have only had it for a few months and the speakers are distorting the sound. Is it possible to hook up external speakers to it? It looks like it only has audio in....would have to be with rca cables.
