QuestionWhy do the dimensions of the unit exceed the cut-out dimensions in specs? My cut-out is 24x24x34 1/8, but the height of the unit is 35 something.

- Answer The DW80J3020UB uses Condensation Drying technology rather than heated dry to save energy and reduce damage to items that may fall to the bottom of the tub during the cycle. Samsung recommends using a rinse aid to assist in the drying process and help to prevent spotting. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

QuestionI purchased this dishwasher and am wondering if I should contact BestBuy about my warranty. No matter which cycle I use, Quick, or Heavy/Sanitize it takes at least 3 hours for the dishwasher to complete the washing process. Heavy/Sanitize takes 4-5 hrs.

- Answer Mine is the same way. Didn't use it for 3 months during remodeling and now water won't go to washer. I paid $799 3 years ago for this machine.....now they want another $350 to fix it.

QuestionI have interrupted a cycle to put something in or to take out a pot before the dry cycle, but what button do you push to have the cycle continue (and NOT START ALL OVER AGAIN). I looked in the manual and do not see this answered.

- Answer It may depend on the model but I think you can press and hold the Start button for 3 seconds to pause without starting all over again.
