This is a computer monitor and is not a TV. You can hookup a TV box like Comcast but it does not have a TV tuner on its own nor a WiFi or cable connection for internet. It has an HDMI and VGA connections only.

No it is not, I use it as a computer monitor. I imagine with the right plugs and adaptors it could project like a TV. But it is not a smart TV.
