Thanks for the question. The performance of Condensation Drying, which contributes to the energy efficiency of the DW80F600UTS, can be maximized by selecting Sanitize, using a rinse aid, and leaving the door closed until the cycle is complete in order to retain the heat which helps to evaporate the water from the dishes. Keep in mind that plastics may not dry as effectively since they don't retain heat. - Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try using the Turbo version of Jet Dry in the rinse aid. I had the same issue but after changing to the Turbo version my dishes are dry.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The salesmen conveniently forgot to tell me that this unit has no drying cycle too. You'll find several complaints about this online. Samsung, in an attempt to be green(and cheap), has eliminated electric heaters in exchange for their "Evaporative Drying Cycle" in which they rely on hot rinse water to evaporate the water on your dishes. It doesn't work well, especially if you open the door soon after the cycle ends. It also doesn't work at all on plastic items as they have no ability to retain heat.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need rinse aide or it will not dry (same with my model.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you select the Sanitize option, they do not dry well. I wish I had added this to my review.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The drying function occurs at the end of the cycle and indicated by the middle door light ---- but is POOR unless you fill it up with Jet Dry. Using the sanitize function enhances drying. I was really frustrated by this myself. The instructions are not clear about drying... But I figured it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found it best to use the heavy cycle ,sani-rinse and make sure you use a good rinse aid . I use jet dry turbo and my dishes are completely dry now . I was having the same problem before I made those adjustments . Otherwise the other cycles will leave them wet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you may have heat sensor thermal break - need to change breaker and trip sensor - that's how mine started acting up year ago and after samsung replaced it - year later its back to square one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
