This dishwasher is without a doubt the worst dishwasher on the market. Have you google this model number? Be prepared for endless horror stories.

Samsung's condensation drying system is designed to enable the water to evaporate off the hot dishes then condense on the stainless steel walls of the dishwasher. Most of the water should drain out the bottom, but it's normal to have some residual moisture on the walls until they have time to air dry. Condensation drying is more efficient and safer than the alternatives that use the heating element to dry the dishes and the interior of the tub. We appreciate you choosing Samsung! Ms. Samsung
