A:AnswerI purchased the total tech support bundle which was on sale too. ($119 I believe). The installation was $50 and haul away was free. The total tech support gave me a discount on extended warranty and is great for other household electronics. The install crew will give you a 7am—1pm arrival time frame (in Mass) and will get there at the top of whichever hour they say they will.
