QuestionThe black piece at the bottom of the dishwasher is missing (the picture shows a black cover), was the dishwasher supposed to come with this piece? right now the bottom is exposed and does not look pretty, looks liike it is missing a piece

- Answer This one is 24" high. You should make sure that you will be able to access those top controls (because I could not) once it's pushed under the countertop.

QuestionThe drain in the left sidewall of the machine seems to constantly drain into the bottom, there is standing hot water in the machine nearly all the time. The only time it doesn’t is when the drain function comes on. No cycle will run it starts then stops.

- Answer THAT IS A STANDARD SIZE MOST DISHWASHERS ARE THAT SIZE. YOU SHOULD NOT BUY A SAMSUNG I AM ON HERE LOOKING AT DISHWASHERS BECAUSE I BOUGHT A NEW SAMSUNG 3 YEARS AGO AND IT IS DEAD. HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM THE START. IT NEVER CLEANED WELL. GOOD LUCK
