What makes the Black Stainless appliances magnetic? Stainless steel is not magnetic and therefore rust free. Something along the lines of low iron content. Im worried these appliances will rust. null

I do not believe door will rust, but due to kids moving magnets around fridge door looks like it's been beat up pretty bad.

Please look at the one star reviews. I have had nothing but trouble with this fridge.

I'm not sure why you think that stainless steel would be rust free? You can find reliable information about this on the internet. Consumer Reports has an article on this. All grades of stainless are susceptible to rust if not properly maintained. It matters what kind of cleaners you use on them so that you don't disrupt the protective layer.
