Yes you should be able to might just have to change the end connectors but otherwise it should work.

I'd suggest referring to the RF26HFENDWW User Manual which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website, and contacting your local Best Buy Appliance Associate or a licensed plumber for assistance determining whether your current external filtration system will be compatible. - Ms. Samsung
