“is it normal that the kitchen floor of one side of refrigerator gets very very warm? I got a new one and I can feel air comes out of right side of bottom and when I pass by or stand in front of the fridge I can feel very very warm floor and my legs feel the heat. is it normal?”

For this reason it's important to provide sufficient clearance around the outside of the refrigerator so the air can circulate and prevent the heat from building up. If your RF260BEAESR is installed with little or no clearance, particularly on the side that feels warm, you might roll it out into the room and let it "breath" for a little while. If this takes care of the issue, then it was likely caused by insufficient air circulation. However, if it continues to feel excessively warm, I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service is advisable. - Ms. Samsung
