What are possible defects? null

Our water dispenser wouldn’t shut off out of the box and the index roller cane apart on day 3

I think they resolved the noises issues based on the unit that I bought. Other than that I haven't experienced anything so far. Changing shelf heights is tricky and the plastic door bins look like they might have issues sometime down the road. I live in the middle of nowhere so I bought the 5 year geek squad just to be sure that it is taken care of.
