“Moisure Forming On The Vertical Hinge Is it normal to have moisture forming on the vertical hinge of the refrigerator door? It also appears on the rubber gasket seal. This appears on the left door. I had to wipe it down everytime I open the refrigerator door. It drips down to rubber gasket seal of the freezer door.”

Hi Steve, It isn't unusual to have some moisture accumulate between the doors during summer months or in areas with high humidity. This is why Samsung French Door Refrigerators offer the Energy Saver button. When Energy Saver is off (not illuminated), the low-wattage heater inside the vertical strip is on, which should help to evaporate the moisture. If the Energy Saver light is on, the heater is off. Please make sure the Energy Saver light is off so the heated strip can evaporate the moisture. Thanks for the question! Ms. Samsung

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've only had mine a month, but I haven't noticed anything like that. You may have an issue with the seal on that door. If you have moisture, it's condensation, which means that the cold is getting out of the fridge and causing moisture in the air around it to condense in the hinge area. Maybe call Samsung and see if this is a common issue and if they could send someone to fix it. Best of luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never had this happen to me and I've had this refrigerator for about two months now. I do not think that this is normal. I've never noticed anything dripping on my unit in general or any of the rubber gasket seals. I've never had to wipe anything down due to leaks. I would check with the manufacturer.
