Thanks for the question. Since it can take up to 24 hours for the refrigerator to cool completely depending on several factors including the difference between the starting and set temperatures in the fridge and freezer, it's possible that the water in the storage tank did not have long enough to cool when you initially dispensed it. The amount of time it takes the water to cool in the storage tank depends in large part on the temperature of the incoming water, as well as the set temperature of the refrigerator. Please make sure the refrigerator is connected to a cold water supply, then wait 24 hours. If the water is still warm, your refrigerator may require service. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To follow up, my water did end up chilling. It took about 3 days to reach it's coldest temperature and has since then been cold enough. But I don't like how it drips a couple times in the minute following dispensing water.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed the same thing with mine. Water was always tepid. Tasted good, but disappointing. The only thing I found was to put just about a half inch of crushed ice in the bottom of the cup before dispensing water. The water melted the ice pretty quick, and just left the water cooler. But really, really disappointing.
